I was already impressed with this facility but the way the nurses and doctors helped me through my panic attack was top notch. I know it wasn't easy and I appreciated them. I'm sorry I can't remember their names (the anesthesiologist and the nurse who gave me my IV) but I hope I get Dr. Motamedi again!

I was referred here by Dr.Ribbink. My first visit was with Dr.Asuka Murata. She read my history and listened to everything I was going through regarding my health. Due to what I was going through she recommended a colonoscopy. This was my first rodeo. The staff provided me with very detailed instructions to make sure I have a smooth procedure. I love that they send text messages of reminders of steps taken for the procedure. Dr.Kim great doctor, did my colonoscopy. He talked with me before the procedure and afterwards in a way I understood. Everyone was so kind and understanding in what you're going through. I try to remember everyone that assisted me. Sienna, Carmel, Danielle, and Kaitlyn. All of the staff there is great. In person and over the phone. They have poop emoji charms which was pretty funny to me. Advice for first time colonoscopy. Get adult diapers and chuck pads for uncontrollable accidents 😬😩 stay close to the toilet.

I was TERRIFIED of getting my first colonoscopy. My experience at Oregon Clinic GI South could not have been better. They were all so kind and accommodating, from the front office staff to the nurse that got me checked in, the anesthesiologist who listened carefully and Dr. Woodward herself. Everyone was phenomenal. I waited longer than recommended to get my first screening because I was so anxious, but a friend got her colonoscopy here and said it went really well. She got the pills, instead of the drink and said, if possible, this makes the prep much more doable. She was right! I stocked up on broth and gummy bears and kept busy and the hunger wasn't bad- and afterward food tasted so good! Thank you Oregon Clinic GI South!

Same experience as other reviewers. Due to inept and incompetent medical coding and billing I was stuck with paying for a colonoscopy prep virtual appointment that my insurance had agreed to pay for prior to the colonoscopy. But the folks at OREGON CLINIC refused to re-submit the claim for what it actually was, a colonoscopy PREP. No other reason for that appointment, none. And the COST FOR THAT 15-20 MINUTE VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT? I was billed OVER $600 with a PA not even a MD. Talk about greed, they could not explain why the cost was so ridiculous. I guess they thought insurance would pay for it. Finally the office manager (VANDERHOOF) refused to return my calls about the matter, having one of her assistants attempt to placate me. I WOULD SUGGEST TO AVOID OREGON CLINIC AT ALL COSTS, PUN INTENDED. I must say the medical side was fine however.

Hands down the most impressive medical clinic I have ever been to in my life! The staff and physicians are extremely warm, friendly, respectful, professional, attentive, take their time, truly listen to you, give you honest answers with options, letting you make a truly informed decision about the treatment of your own body. When they order a test or give you a referral it's done immediately, that day--there's no waiting. They respond to your online messages in a timely manner. And they do all of this without coming across as fake--they seem truly sincere, like real, down-to-earth people. I cannot say enough good things about them. A shout out to Dr. Michael Chang and PA-C Sara Meerter! Thank you!
