I had my first-ever surgery here! Naturally, I was very anxious, but the highly professional, caring, and friendly staff made me feel really well taken care of. The nurses and the anesthesiologist were all fantastic. Also, I absolutely loved the color choices: my paper gown was lavender, and my bandage was pink 😊

I don't remember names so I'm going to describe them. I had a nurse upon intake who was a brunette from Connecticut. Another who was on my care team was a lady with pink in her hair blue eyes. There's one older woman held my hand to the brathroom and got me dressed. Lastly my anesthesiologist who wore bright red glasses and had my best interest at heart. I want to mention these ladies specifically because they made my experience so much better. They helped me handle my anxiety. They handled me with care. I really appreciate them, they made the experience better than I could have personally imagined.

I thought this would be better than going to the hospital but there was a lot of confusion with my discharge that made me feel like a nuisance to the nursing staff. Earlier that day i could hear the shift change openly complaining about the previous shift's work which made it feel unprofessional and not a safe environment. The experience left me not that confident in the overall operational procedures of this place and I would request to not go there again if I needed another surgery.
