Had shoulder surgery today and I would give this place a10/10!!! The staff was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. They were thorough and walk you through every step. Also Dr Albright is amazing!!! So glad they were the ones taking care of me😊

I just completed a carpal tunnel surgery there last week and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole process. Dr. Bartholomew was wonderful but the entire staff was great as well. I was very well taken care of, provided for, and given a personal experience. I was nervous and the staff did amazing keeping me calm and distracted. It was just a really nice way to get a somewhat unpleasant thing done and I really felt cared for. Very professional and nice place

The staff at Columbia River Surgery Center is the best. From the Front office to Recovery, I experienced the best medical treatment I’ve ever had. This after 4 major surgeries. They were proactive and maintained a steady presence the entire process. Thank you!

My husband is set to have surgery within the next few days. He just got a phone call that he needs to pay $400 before his surgery. We have insurance, and he would not need this surgery had he not been in a car accident (not his fault) I find it interesting that they Mission Statement reads "To provide high quality, cost efficient ambulatory surgery services in a personalized and compassionate manner for the patients we serve." Where is the compassion if you are requiring someone to put a down payment on surgery? especially on a last minute FYI. This surgery was discussed months ago (in September of 2018) and to now be notified 6 days prior to surgery that you expect partial payment is ridiculous! Also, to say "if you don't have the funds you can apply for care credit" Yea because everyone is looking to get in more debt right? This place is greedy. UPDATE: My husband received his statement for his surgery towards the end of February. He called in multiple times to set up a payment plan. The billing person never answered the phone and if she returned the phone call it was at the end of her day with a message saying "I received your phone call, I'm heading out the door please call me tomorrow morning." My husband was calling first thing in the morning in hopes that someone would pick up so for her to call hours later was ridiculous. Literally 3 weeks after our first and only statement for facility charges, my husband received a letter stating that if he didn't call within 10 days to set up payment arraignments or pay the amount he was going to be sent to collections. He called two more times before he finally got a hold of a supervisor and paid off the bill on a credit card. This clinic has so much potential if only they handled their front desk/admin staff. The doctor and nurses were amazing! I literally just cannot stand this clinic solely based off our experience with their admin staff.

I had surgery here yesterday and one about six months ago and both times I was treated like a member of their family and made to feel welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to my awesome pre op nurses Shelby and Miranda who thought of everything I could need or want.. Kimberly my operating room nurse was so kind. Jamie my recovery nurse, both times, was amazing and so friendly. These people are the best at what they do. Your comfort is top priority here. R. Myers
