All the staff were wonderful at the Oregon Clinic in Oregon City. They all listen to any concerns and made me feel comfortable before my procedure.

I received a MyChart test result but they didn't load it properly so nothing was showing up. I left a message and immediately called back and spoke to someone in scheduling who said they didn't see it in there and would get it fixed. When JOSH from the advice department called back he was super blunt and rude, kept treating me like I was an child by saying my first name every time he would answer a question and I don't think he understood my question (which I think was frustrating him but he didn't have to be rude to me). I asked him for the number to the other location and he said "I'll just google that here" (again, trying to make me feel like an idiot). I asked for his full name and he rudely said "i'm not giving that to you" and eventually hung up after I told him he was being rude.
