This is a the best place! NOBODY wants to have a procedure like a colonoscopy and we all are supposed to have one in later life and it becomes a thing we dont want to do...HOWEVER THE WONDERFUL POEPLE HERE MAKE IT THE EASIEST MEDICAL PROCEDURE I HAVE EVER DONE!

The GI doctor kinda 'blew off' my painful GI condition. I believe that was because it is attributed to cancer. He kept saying I can talk to the oncologist about it (I am not yet in chemo). But the oncologist is all about chemo, chemo side-effects, and treating those side-effects. They are not GI experts and my pain is GI tract and I had hoped a GI doctor could add some value to figuring out why I'm not pooping right and maybe have some insight into what maybe can be done. NOPE. I'm not convinced he looked at my CAT scan carefully and had zero suggestions beyond talking to the oncologist. I believe he could have been more thoughtful about me and my specific symptoms.

I just had a wonderful experience at The Oregon Clinic in Newberg! I needed to get some questions answered and Randee at the front desk was an absolute delight to work with. She not only listened attentively to what I was trying to explain, but then walked me through my options in a very warm and caring manner - and wearing a smile the entire time. She's most definitely my new favorite superhero!

I had a colonoscopy and EGD over a year ago with The Oregon Clinic. The procedure and staff were fine - my review is for claims and billing. Over a year late and the clinic is trying to collect approx $900 from me when my insurance keeps telling me I owe significantly less. I have called their billing multiple times and keep getting the runaround and being told "talk to your insurance" which I have done at length. This is an in network provider that I will never use again.
