After driving over 200 miles in the snow and ice for my procedure, they cancelled the whole day of surgeries for a little skiff of snow. No delays, my surgery wasn’t until 11:30am, all the delays in this area have been to 10:00, but no delay here, just a cancellation of the whole day. The hotel I am staying at literally 0.7 miles from the surgery center is staffed and has employees. They did not shut down. The businesses all around us are open with employees that had to drive there. This facility does not go above and beyond for their patients. The lady who called me tried to sound empathetic but failed miserably!

Had spine surgery @ Surgery Center at Tanasbourne yesterday. Staff was truly amazing, made me comfortable, answered questions, even put on socks for me since I could not do it myself, called my wife to update her on delay to procedure. Facility very clean, well-organized. Special shout out to nurse Tamara - who pampered me while we talked about La Dolce Vita & Italia.

I was very happy with the level of care I received at the Surgery Center for a minor surgery. Everybody involved in the surgery was very professional and (most importantly for me) friendly. I experienced a hiccup during insurance billing, but once escalated the issue was taken care of quickly and professionally.

I had an out patient procedure May 2017. The staff was excellent, from the second I walked in the door; reception, nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist, surgery staff, recovery staff were all very kind, professional & comforting - everything you could ask for. The facility was also impressive, besides being extremely clean and modern things moved along so I was not waiting, they kept everything on schedule. Check with your insurance, mine covered this facility at a higher rate than a hospital. I will be going back to this facility if I ever need another out patient procedure.

I had an out patient surgery there November 2014. I am terrified of medical procedures but I was a dental assistant a long time and an office manager for 15 years. This was a top knotched facility. I dealt with dozens of staff members that I never had a relationship with as you would with so many appointments with your surgeon at their office. They were friendly, professional very clean, caring, comforting, gentle, reassuring etc. They reviewed protocol and procedures and my medical history dozens of times. Great personalities there and even discussing the final bill was fabulous. I highly recommend using this facility. Much cheaper than it would be at St. V or another hospital and probably lower risk for infection since the surgery center only sees healthy patients. Best wishes to your visit there.
