The best care I’ve received in the medical world. I have had a tonsillectomy, double mastectomy and breast reconstruction surgeries here so I’m a frequent flyer and the nurses and anesthesiologists are so kind and do their absolute best to make sure you’re comfortable.

I really liked my pre op nurse, but the post op nurse could've been more empathetic about the anxieties I was experiencing. I did appreciate the signed card I received in the mail after the surgery. Other than that, the surgery went well.

I’m home now, recovering from my surgery, but I’m posting this review ASAP so I don’t forget to share how amazing my experience was at McKenzie Surgery Center. Every single staff member was kind, helpful, and supportive. I’d like to highlight Audrey, Rachel, Brooke, and Mary in the patient care part and Devon in the business office. Dr Gilbert was also helpful and thorough as we prepped for the anesthesiology element. I felt so respected as a patient and not rushed at all. Audrey was informative and calm, which was incredible for my usual anxiety. Every question I had was answered honesty, and every health/surgery concern I expressed was alleviated. The facility was immaculate and well designed. Thank you!!

I had my initial surgery here at the end of September and couldn't have been happier, they took such great care of me; explaining everything and answering my questions, calming my fears and keeping me warm. Then, about a month later I needed an additional surgery, same experience - everyone was wonderful. Darcy was my OR nurse for both surgeries and she even remembered me, that helped a lot since I was more nervous for the 2nd surgery than I was the first. I love that they all sign a card that you'll receive after each surgery, it's really a nice touch. Thank you to everyone at Mckenzie Surgery Center for being so thoughtful & caring - I'm sure you'll be seeing me again at some point as I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Had my first surgery here as an 18 year old so i was very scared and nervous and expected the typical mono tone nurses but everyone was very nice to me and very sweet, i naturally felt vulnerable but everyone made me feel safe and comfortable! I think they could tell i was scared and nervous and as i was going under they were all cheering me on and holding my hand :) it was a very welcoming experience, not to mention they send you a get well card with all their signatures!
