Everyone I encountered at the surgery center was so nice. The surgeon and anesthesiologist explained everything clearly. Rachael was my nurse for the procedure, and she was wonderful. She's very caring and kind and helped me feel at ease. Definitely recommend this surgery center.

I have tremendous anesthesia anxiety, and this team could not have been better. From the medical receptionist who made sure I felt safe, to the nurses who held my hand as I prepared, to Dr. Aaktar and my anesthesiologist, to the nurses in the procedure room, I could not have asked for more. I feel very confident that if I had to go back, I would be treated with the same respect, love and compassion. I truly feel good in the hands of this team!!!!

Wow. A really great team. Came in for a colonoscopy. They explained everything, answered all my questions, and were very considerate, friendly, comforting and professional. I felt completely at ease and confident with Doctor Chang at the helm. Anesthesiologist, tech person, nurses, all terrific. I wasn’t expecting to be treated like a five star guest. Can’t ask for more. Grateful.

Had my first colonoscopy here today and the pleasure of Madalyn as my nurse. What an absolute gem she is, genuinely wow! I was rather nervous and she made me feel very at ease in a number of ways. So very kind, bright, attentive and genuinely caring. This team needs to do all they can to keep her on board! John, then anesthesiologist was great too. The place was modern and immaculate, and the procedure was way easier than I had feared. One thing to know, they are not the same as the referring group, Central Oregon Gastroenterology and I had a ton of issues with info and scheduling through them. Once here, you will feel so at ease. Thanks again Maddy and hope to see you on the hill!
