I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the LAL (light adjustable lens) procedure at Triad Eye. Dr. Enyart and Shaun were excellent!! And also the doctors in Bartlesville that performed the lens surgery. I can see better than I have at any time in my life! No more glasses or contacts or readers!!
Dr Kumar and his staff have been absolutely amazing. Iām thrilled with the results of my upper bleph and brow pexy. He explained everything along the way and the healing has been a breeze. Iām 61 and looked for a occuloplastic surgeon all over the country to do this for me- so excited and happy I found him right here in Tulsa!!
I had excellent care until my last visit. The doctor at that time was rude, accused me of diagnosing myself with glaucoma. It was Anna Venizelos O.D. an excellent doctor who diagnosed me. She is knowledgeable caring. She is the one who should be caring for me. The surgery has been working. She is excellent.
I sincerely wish that it were possible for me to give more than a five star rating to Triad Eye Institute for my recent cataract surgery. The care and attention I had from my first initial appointment to my final appointment were attentive, professional, and thorough. From Gina in the office, Dr, Wojcik, my brilliant surgeon, Dr. Clary, and the two nurses who provided extraordinary care. I must give recognition to the two nurses who stayed with me longer than expected after surgery to see that my elevated blood pressure lowered before I could leave, and who made me feel very comfortable while we waited. I could not be more pleased with the result of my surgery and my team of professionals at Triad. My eyesight is amazing. Thank you.
I wish I had better to say. I was referred to this ophthalmologist by my optometrist for my eye pressures. I had been coming here for approximately a year to seek solutions to my high pressures. Prior to coming here, I had already been taking drops for my pressures. The Dr. that I saw here immediately recommended a 180° SLT. I did research and found peer reviewed documentation that indicated my specific diagnoses had higher likelihood of poor response to this treatment with increased risk of harm. Additional eye drops were attempted, but were not effective. Finally, I caved and opted to pay for the procedure. I was charged over twice the amount for the procedure than what was set by insurance. Thankfully I was able to bring this up with billing, who promptly corrected the mistake. The procedure was not effective whatsoever. On my second follow-up appt approximately 3 months after the surgery, the doctor proceeded to inform me that my pressures were high and "we might have to do that laser procedure". Her assistant then proceeded to inform her that I had already had the procedure done. A procedure that she performed on me herself! Evidently, the office is far too fast-paced for the doctor to adequately care for patients. Every time I was seen by the doctor, it was for no more than 60 seconds. The staff is kind, but the environment is a sweat shop. You will likely not receive adequate long-term care in an environment like this
