had my l4 and l5 opened up yesterday. I cant'remember all of the names names except Velma and PK, all I can say is the were , friendly, professional, the place was very clean, nothing negative to say at all, just hope I don't have to go back, but if I have to will not hesitate

I went in yesterday for my first surgery ever. The staff made me feel so safe and comfortable and were so good to me and my wife. They had me in and out in no time and even wheeled me out to my car. Excellent service and I’d recommend them to anyone !!!! Thank you all !

I had back surgery 7/26/17 the staff was extremely professional throughout the whole time. I was in and out within 3 hours and have all good to say of the place. Clean, professional and made you feel comfortable

This place is a scam. I was informed when filling out the paperwork that it was out of network although I had spoken with them 3 different times on the phone and no one mentioned it although they did assure me I would have NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES I am now being held responsible for anesthesia charges because my insurance denied them because they are double billing. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR INSURANCE! In addition, when I arrived for surgery they talked about all my medical information in front of all the people waiting for surgery breaking many HIPPA laws and provided no place to set as you signed all the papers. I never received a copy of anything I signed! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

My nurse was the only positive experience. If I was late to an appt I would be charged a late fee. However if dr and staff are late I still get charged full amount for their tardiness. Things happen for unexpected reasons on both sides. But I believe people should receive a discount if dr is late or staff is late. And the fact you never see a real anesthesia dr. They use nurse practitioners. Was their even an anesthesiologist there ? And OMG they are horrible about pain/ anxiety control. They were awfully eager to get you out the door. My surgery was to start at 1pm didn't go back until 3:30. And when I did go back I begged them to tell my husband and they didn't. I didn't leave until after 6 pm and they couldn't give me anymore pain meds because the nurse anesthesiologist had left after my surgery. So I'm in recovery screaming and crying and all they could do is give me a pain pill. Not happy.
