First I will say that there was nothing wrong with the doctors performance, the cataract surgery was successful. This review is for the surgery center only. The facility is way too small for its intended purpose. No one can go back with the patient so since my husband was over medicated he cannot remember anything that happened behind closed doors, for the entire day. The surgery center release him way before he should have been released, probably they needed the bed for someone else. I got him home but he immediately went back to sleep and I could not wake him for 7 hours. I was concerned that something was wrong but there was no way to contact the surgery center, because they did not give me any information or ability to contact them. There were no post-op instructions from them and no frequently asked questions or number to call to get any help or ask a question. I believe their actions and procedures endangered his life. Whether they spoke to him about post-op instructions or did a good job caring for him while he was behind closed doors, I will never know. Since he cannot remember anything from that day, like I said he was over medicated, in my opinion to a dangerous degree. We chose a different surgery center for the second eye and had a much better experience.

Small waiting room very hot! We got here at 910 for 915 appt and it is 1010 and no one is able to tell us why we are waiting so long. The front staff is dismissive and not helpful. Patients have other appts and their rides have work etc. We should be able to expect to be treated like they care and not be dismissed. Very disappointed so far! It would be different in a walk in clinic!! This is stupid!!

We were free to shop without constantly dealing with sales persons. Each employee was accessible. However, they didn't follow us around offering assistance. I love HL!

Apparently, I have cataracts. I went to Sylvesters Eye care, and they were super nice. They did do my surgery and I had implants put in both of my eyes. I am so happy I went to them. The staff is super nice, and they all know their routines. I highly recommend them for any of your eye needs. I can see better now than I ever have.
