Well, I loved going to this place to have surgery. The nurse that started my IV broke the world record on getting my IV done. Seariously it was the fastest and that is after having over 120 outpatient surgery's that I can count. But another nurse on my second time there, verifying my info in pre-op, was yelling out my info. As an example: "SO IT SAYS HERE YOU POOP IN YOUR SLEEP!". It took everything I had not to walk out. I don't know if maybe she was hard of hearing or thought I was hard of hearing, but I did tell her at one time, "I can hear you, it sounds like your yelling". That in itself makes me wonder if I can ever go back.

My experience was exceptional from the moment I arrived! My sister is special needs and was there for cataract surgery. The staff was top notch and was so loving and patient with her. They not only took care of her but also took care of me and my sisters as well. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

My daughter was having difficulty waking up. All the nurse was concerned about was getting her out. Even to threatening to send her to the hospital if she wouldn't recover quickly. Then my daughter told her she was very nauseous yet she was more concerned to get her out. She was in the bathroom and because of her she threw up on herself. She didn't even help clean her up. Just to mention my daughter is autistic and they were told this. She was just wanting her out. Never again!!!!! Wasn't even help in getting her in the car. Shame on you.

I had two procedures at this Surgical Center - one in early December 2022 and one in mid-December 2022. The experience was excellent. I loved being able to fill out the medical questionnaire in advance on the internet. The entire process was just really efficient. I showed up a few minutes early for each procedure, and waited almost no time before I was being taken care of. The staff from reception to nursing were outstanding. They were very personable, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. A great place to go if you have to have a medical procedure.
