Staff is amazing, they are always kind, caring and compassionate. They have taken excellent care of two of my family members. I only have a few minor issues with this facility and the atmosphere. More handicap parking spaces would be nice as there are only 2 and always full. The air freshener is terribly strong and gives me a headache each time I'm there. The music selection is definitely not for their patients and the clinic TV is always muted with no closed captions. These are small things but it did result in anxiety while waiting for surgery for my mom.

The entire staff are both personal and professional. Dr. Conley and his team are truly exceptional. I was a bit nervous about my cataract surgery, but they made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for better! I would recommend Triad Eye Institute Grove, Oklahoma to everyone.

Well the GROVE, OK so far is so professional and efficient. Each time we go, which has been a few for cataracts in both eyes. They do many tests and are so friendly also. Some even remember our names. Cannot imagine any better outcome from surgical experience on both eyes or the staffs careful and pleasant testing. Dr Yang and another Dr b4 surgery are patient w any questions we had. My spouse can see bright colors and close up, wow..what an improvement to vision. DR Conley and all we encountered gave 5 star treatment every visit. Clean facility also. Only improvement 2 be mentioned...PLEASE adjust the settings on that TV in waiting area, or replace it. It had a purple/blue tint so strong that even healthy eyes might be concerned something is wrong...lol...Keep up the great work and Thank u all for making a scary decision as comfortable as possible and improving eye sight.
