PLease Find another office if you have a condition that requires a doctor that cares. This facility is by far the worse service I have ever received. For starters, there is very poor communication throughout this entire office. I flew there for a surgery and they forgot to provide me with prep instructions and therefore and therefore, I had to fly back again 4 months later because they didn't have any appointments. These instructions should have been outlines in My chart. So forget about using that because it does not reflect the most updated reports. I sent a message to the doctor in November and still yet to get a response. Secondly, I live out of State suffering from a chronic illness and they have refused to provide my local doctor with my medical records or write an RA. I have called this office over 100 times along with my doctor to get routed to voicemail and Charlene screens all calls. This office has completely failed me and need to revamp their entire system. I sending this as a warning to others.

Dr.Mohamed Naem,his Nurse Practioner Lisa, and his staff are amazing.Since being diagnosed with Crohns Disease I've had doctors from North Carolina to several in Ohio only Dr.Naem could could get the disease under control and into deep remission.He and his staff are very caring and they patiently take the time to talk and address your needs. They will not stop until they come up with the best care plan for your specific and unique care.If you've recently been diagnosed or have been suffering for some time I urge you to give them a try.

Having been a patient with North Shore staff for 30 years I cannot say enough about this practice. I have always had outstanding experiences! From the moment I arrive, the staff demonstrates impeccable professionalism and attention to details. Shout out to Dr. Adam Tabbaa, Kate, Duffy, Kristen, Angie, Dan and Zahraa. Every aspect of my experience from making the appointment to the actual procedure visit was handled with care, making me feel valued and well-cared for. The level of service exceeds my expectations, and I can confidently say that this is a place where professionalism and quality shine. Highly recommend!
