From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, clarity, and genuine compassion. You and your team made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple, comfortable, and well-organized. Everyone was welcoming and caring — it honestly felt like I was in great hands the entire time. This was great news for me, and today we’re celebrating a win. Love Dr Adam. Have been going there for a few years and had really good care. Just had an Endoscopy done yesterday. After procedure, I was returned to recovery and was sent home way too soon. My wife was a bit scared that I would fall since I was still very groggy. I don’t remember anything after the procedure in the recovery or until after I was home. I think this was wrong and makes me very upset as a74 year old trying to manage this situation, where a bit more time in recovery would be a lot safer for the patient. Please be a little more considerate of your patients please.

Terrible experience for my endoscopy on 6/18. Checking in was fine, the receptionist was friendly...It started with me saying that my left arm is always easier to put an IV in, but the female nurse said that the center prefers the right, so she tried that arm first. No surprise that she couldn't get it in, so I got stuck twice for no reason. THEN they say I need to urinate for a pregnancy test. I told them that there's no way I was pregnant AND I'm on my period, plus I had just used the restroom not 5 minutes earlier and since I hadn't drank anything in 9 hours, I didn't think I could go, anyways. (If they require urine, then there should be signs posted and have this verbally stated upon checking in). I said I would sign a waiver, as I did this for my first endoscopy and there was no problem. But you know, apparently women know nothing when it comes to their bodies. Not to mention the fact that I was bleeding heavily and even if I were pregnant, it's not viable! So the male nurse and I agree to have me hooked up to a saline drip for a little bit, then I would try to urinate. Then the male anesthesiologist comes barreling in and literally starts yelling at me, standing by the entrance to my little room! So much for PATIENT PRIVACY! After he's done berating me, this woman comes in (surgical tech, maybe) yanks my IV bag and says, "go to the restroom or we'll move on to the next patient". She literally starts walking off with my IV bag before I even hopped off the bed. My husband walks in and is like "WTH is going on"? I was able to squirt a few drops out. At this point I'm so upset, that I just wanted to go home. A few minutes later the woman with the anger issue comes to take me back to the surgical suite. I'm rolling into the room and all I can think about is how my life is in the hands of these people who were just yelling at me and being rough. Rock music is blaring, lights are up all the way...obviously I WASN'T pregnant! Dr Dinh was totally indifferent. I will never, ever go back to that place! My first one was done at Dublin Ohio GI with Dr Brogan and the experience was as fantastic as you can have for a medical procedure. Everyone was friendly and gentle. When I went back to the room, the lights were low with peaceful music. Everyone at the Westerville location could stand to use a class in bedside manners.

Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. Reception immediately took my information and then directed me to the waiting area. I waited for less than 10 minutes before the nurse took me back to my prep station. Wheeled into the procedure room shortly after that. Staff was prepared and waiting for me. Doctor Kim was ahead of schedule, greeted me and recounted my results from 3 years earlier. EVERYONE was pleasant and efficient. Absolutely no complaints. An excellent experience! On my way home an hour after arrival.

Back here today 9/9/2020 I'm here for a procedure. Sara greeted me very promptly, professionally and was very friendly!!!! Here this morning my husband has a Upper GI scheduled. We were greeted promptly only had to wait about 20mins after his scheduled appointment. Everyone was nice from the minute we walked in the door. They all were professional, friendly, personal and extremely helpful informing us both as to what to expect before, during and after his procedure. Thank you Dr Jeffrey Lefkovitz really a great Dr. I highly recommend this facility and Dr! Back again today 10/7/19 my husband has another procedure. We've been very pleased with the visits, the staff, nurses and Dr Lefkovitz 😊
