I waited 1 hr & 40 minutes, after checked in & co-pays rendered. The entire waiting room was full with a spill over room for those who were trickling in at 7:45 in the evening. It's clear the business is based on over booking. They even have a notice about delays in service will be mentioned upon check in. I politely asked for my co-pays to be refunded after such an extraordinary wait. They couldn't even perform that request. My advice is avoid this provider as their interest is numbers in the waiting room, not those they can help. Will resume search for qualified provider. Also, Zero stars should be an option.

Nearly 67 year old female, first time with Dr Farid Naffah and the Avamar Center for Endoscopy. First everything you see is immaculate & it is very noticeable. All the people are very friendly & personable. Very professional setting and relaxing atmosphere. From the office girls, nurses and anesthetist; they make you feel at ease and you’re in good hands. Dr Naffah was informative and caring, I will definitely schedule my next colonoscopy with them. Thank you all for making this testing procedure, as pleasant as it can be!
