The personal touch of the nurses and Dr. Ravi was really great and helped me reduce anxiety. The front desk ladies did a real nice job, especially when my appointment had been cancelled by mistake. Nikki my check-in nurse was fantastic. My prep nurses did a really great job making feel calm and aware of all that was going on. The Dr. Ravi was fantastic. Could not be happier with the procedure itself. The post operation nurses, Julia and Madison, did a great job! I could not have been more pleased by the whole Team.

The team ( especially I think her name was Jasmine - forgive me if I spelled your name incorrectly ) was incredibly kind, caring, attentive and made me feel so comfortable! One of the other nurses who wasn’t even mine offered me an extra blanket! SO KIND! I was very nervous going in but your team made me feel so at ease.
