I received the most compassion I've ever received in a healthcare setting. Both my Pre opp & Post opp nurses were so Informative, kind & helpful. I wasn't rushed out the door after surgery -they let me take my time ..My discharge Nurse did an excellent job ensuring I was comfortable/safe & "okay".(I think her name was Bonnie) She was kind & caring. She is absolutely in the right profession. I would definitely go back here again for a procedure.
Absolute fantastic care received here for my out-patient surgery. Everything was well explained and was completed very efficiently. I wish I remembered (she had the good meds!) the name of my CRNA and recovery nurse. Fantastic job and as a fellow nurse felt like I was in great hands! Hats off to my surgeon as well!
I was so very impressed by the team members that work together for the good of the patient. Everyone was so understanding, kind, offered help and made it a very smooth surgical day. The surgical holding areas were very private and clean. Dr Nogan and his team Were so efficient and really added a pleasant touch to a day that is very stressful by the patient. Then why did I give it four out of five? We were so incredibly cold and my husband had to wait outside because it was so cold and uncomfortable. (And he likes cold!) I understand needing a cool environment, but this was almost intolerable. The team members brought me two warm blankets, which definitely helped. I also felt very uncomfortable with trying to get help at the front desk by ringing a bell. It would be so much more helpful if someone was there already to ask questions. Great job, central Ohio surgical Institute! I would hope if I needed an outpatient surgery again, that I would be able to use this wonderful establishment.
I had a very positive experience working with the team here. They hosted my first plastic surgery, repairing an area removed for skin cancer, with Dr. Nogan on August 14th. The staff was courteous and did great follow up. I go back in a couple weeks for the finish.
My husband took the day off work to bring me for my procedure. We were treated like scum by the front desk "woman". We have never been treated so bad especially when it comes to medical treatment. The "woman" canceled my procedure. She picked the wrong people to treat badly! She needs to be fired!
