The staff here has gone above and beyond expectations. I brought my 3 yr old in for surgery. They all welcomed us and were very helpful. The nurse I had for my son went above and beyond to make my child feel safe and comfortable. The receptionist even willingly helped carry stuff back to the pre op room. The nurses stayed by our side💜 this place is the best!

Had a septorhinoplasty here and the staff was absolutely incredible. From check-in to pre-op nurses (Kim & Robin were amazing) to my recovery nurse that could have been named Queen Elizabeth because I was so out of it. They were all warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to take care of me (in addition to my superstar ENT - Dr Stefanie Horne). The facilities were immaculately clean, too. For the record, they make it VERY clear in the scheduling phone call that you must have someone stay there the entire time. People that give bad reviews because of this were obviously not listening. This is not a hospital. If your ride home takes off and doesn’t make it back for some reason, they can’t check you into a room.

I am home and recovering from a sinus surgery. It was a very professional, friendly, calm, and efficient experience as a patient at the surgery center from the moment I walked in to the moment I was wheeled out. I felt very safe and informed every step of the way. I want to especially recognize my amazing recovery room nurse, she was phenomenal. I was in more pain than expected in recovery and she did an amazing job keeping me safe and comfortable. Thank you for allowing me to be a patient there!

My child had a procedure scheduled here and the team was amazing. They were so helpful with not only my child who was getting the procedure, but also to my other child who had to come with us due to a babysitter cancelation. The team was kind and patient. The procedure was a quick one and I was in and out very quick and not stuck waiting and waiting for my child to be taken to surgery. Thank you to the team who assisted us!

I was the ride home for a patient that was getting anesthesia. We arrived 2.5 hours before operation and I was told I was not allowed to leave. I was forced to stay in the waiting room for over three hours until the patient was released to me. I was told I could not leave because patients can’t make decisions once they are given anesthesia. I asked several times why I needed to be there for hours before they administered the anesthesia and all I was told is it was policy. This was absolutely ridiculous and absurd. It’s reasonable for me to be there once they are under the drugs. But why force me to be there for extra 2 hours? Absolutely ridiculous. Receptionists was incredibly rude and ignorant. She has clearly been here for years,yet is terrible at her job. I feel bad for her. Maybee just be extra nice to this lady. I don’t think her life ended up the way she wanted. There is no hope here.Good luck!
