I call the office of Dr. Banowitz at 8:30 in the morning with a recurring problem I had 1 year ago… a soft tissue injury. I had to call back3 time’s trying to simply get a steroid. The receptionist was so non caring the I had tears in my eyes. I can’t move and she could not care less. I will be looking for a new doctor. It has been six hours and still no response

I love my PCP but it’s too big of a practice. If you want to make an appointment it takes about 30-40 minutes on hold to speak with someone. They don’t care about the patients needs- it’s about getting you in and out. I wish there were more family owned practices in our area.

Usually a Convenient Medical Office but I would like to know when doctors leave and my appointments have been cancelled so I don't show up for nothing.

My regular Doctor couldn't see me so 3 days later I got a appointment with a different Doctor. I told her the Onygen I was on was making me sleep. She talked to me like a child and said I think something else is going on with you and gave me a strep test when that came back negative her only other answer was a Covid test. They maxed out my deductible so I finally had enough and took charge of my health. I will never ever go back to that that place again. Waste time Money
