From start to finish every staff member was polite and professional. They helped me every step of the way and were absolutely experts at their craft from checking and review with the anesthesiologist to helping me get dressed after surgery and into my ride. I felt entirely comfortable and kept for like a family member. This was my first actual surgery and I was never uncomfortable or scared at all due to their high level of competence and support. Fantastic experience all around. The facility fee for me was $1400 and separate from anesthesiology fee and surgery fee so be ware of those extra costs.

Got lower blepharoplasty done. Still recovering, but I'm very happy with the results so far. The staff was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable. Surgery is always nerve wrecking but they soothed a lot of my anxieties :) They gave my partner a tracker to give updates throughout my procedure. Very glad I chose Dr Fedele as my surgeon and that he worked with Brainard!

I received excellent care before, during and after my cataract surgery. The entire team was very professional and very personal. Different members of their team were constantly checking and double checking my eye as well as my comfort.
