I had such a great experience at the Hilliard Endoscopy Center and can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, every single person I interacted with was kind, professional, and truly cared about my comfort. The nurses were incredibly efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made sure I was at ease the entire time. Dr. Rayapudi is amazing—skilled, reassuring, and clearly excellent at what he does. I also saw Jess, the nurse practitioner, before my visit today, and she was just as wonderful—so patient, informative, and thorough. Even little touches made a big difference, like being offered warm blankets during the procedure. I didn’t even feel the IV go in, which says a lot! Doug from anesthesia was also so friendly and put me completely at ease. Another huge plus is their price transparency—something you rarely see in medicine, and I think that’s so important. It made the whole process feel even more respectful and trustworthy. Overall, it was genuinely a great experience. I highly recommend this center to anyone needing care. Thank you to the whole team!

The process was scary since it was my first time getting my innards looked at but Dr. Rayapudi was very nice and professional! Every staff member was very caring. Incredibly nice staff but most importantly made me feel less anxious and confident in their ability to treat me because they were calm and treated the procedure as a very normal process and nothing special or not of the ordinary. Highly suggest and recommend this staff and office. Dr Modi did an amazing job with preparing me and explaining what was going on with me.
