My experience here was one of the absolute worst medical visits of my life. The staff ignored my concerns and refused to acknowledge me when I spoke. They were very cold and unprofessional. When my visit was over they didn’t have any info about my condition and they don’t refer me to another doctor. When my primary physician asked about the visit I told her they hadn’t provided any nap at all and made me feel like an animal. They literally wrote nothing in the notes and didn’t even respond to my doctor’s request for information. Why get into the healthcare field if you don’t actually care about people?

I had Dr. James Harris back in 2016. I was diagnosed with Cirrhosis. Dr. Harris told my wife and I that people live with Cirrhosis for many years, so come back in a year for reevaluation. This prompted me to go to the Cleveland Clinic to a Dr. McCullough (retired). His nurse practitioner was Iryna, now with this group. Because of Dr. McCullough and Iryna, I'm still here today after a liver transplant in 2020. If you happen to get Iryna, you will be in very good hands and get first class care. Not so much with Dr. James Harris.

I have been to this facility for a colonoscopy a few times. But my experience on Oct.7 was the worst. The staff was cold, no smiles..all business. My son was not only my “ride” but my “support” as he has always been. I was never asked if I wanted him to come back while I was coming out of it..that was a first..even here. I was told to get dressed and pointed to the exit sign. Never asked is I was fine to leave..if I was steady…just leave. My son was surprised when I came out because he expected to be allowed. To come back to recovery. A cold, unfriendly place only concerned with getting you out the door. No….I will not be back here.

I was there Today for the first time for an upper and lower procedure. I’m very pleased how Jen made me comfortable and was very nice to help ease the tension. The hole staff was very nice and professional to the book. Doctor Jhawar explained everything before the procedure and after the procedure explaining how it turned out. I recommend them to anybody friends and family as well. Thank you guys for a great job !!!!
