The hospital shows a strong commitment to consistency and reliability. Staff followed clear procedures and communicated expectations well. Patients felt guided throughout the visit. This reliability forms a solid base for hospitals to expand internationally with StrongBody(.AI).
very nice
Decided to try OSU for shoulder issues after numerous trips to The James with a dear friend. Well worth the drive. Dr. C and CNP E.C. No rush, very thorough, along with a very descriptive, understandable plan of treatment. Thank you and the staff.
First off, I really like my primary doctor who is at OSU, and my pulmonary doctor is good. Unfortunately that is where it ends. I’m trying to switch cardiologist, because the first doctor didn’t explain much of my current situation or how severe it may or may not be, so I was told about another that was very good, unfortunately he hasn’t responded to schedulings email to let me switch internally through OSU. Then I’ve talked my mom into switching to OSU for her Doctors, and again we really like our primary care doctor, and the pulmonary doctor as well. But she has had the OSU dermatology cancel on her the same day, then not even call back to reschedule, then she was going to see a hand specialist tomorrow, and they canceled yesterday, but actually rescheduled with her but it’s at the end of the month and she’s been in pain off and on from her wrist for a while waiting for this appointment. She never encountered this at Ohio Health. We’re both seriously considering keeping the primary doctor and pulmonologist because they’ve been very professional, and ending any further care through OSU with the other medical groups because they seem like a joke, and are extremely unprofessional because if you really need care and are waiting for an appointment to have it canceled last minute and told sorry, that’ll be another month or worse, three or four months. That’s a poor excuse for a medical establishment! Again, our primary doctor is awesome, and my mom and I have had great experiences with the pulmonary doctors, but all of the other medical groups we’ve been in contact with up til now have been absolutely terrible!
