Went in for cataract surgery on both eyes , two weeks apart. Was very apprehensive for the first one, but every single person was so nice and very professional they soon put me at ease. Both my surgeries went very well. From the surgeon to the lady that checked me in, I give my highest recommendation. Couldn't have been any better.

Just went in for cateract surgery today. I was in the prep area when the bookkeeper comes back and says I owe for today’s surgery. I explained that I had already paid and Desi had collected the payment. She came back again and said they could not find where I paid. I asked her to have my wife retrieve my phone and I would show her that I paid. She came back again third time with the guy who runs the place, I show them on my bank statement where they were paid and they still want to argue that the payment was not for today’s procedure. They finally admitted to their mistake but by now my blood pressure is through the roof and everyone around got to hear me raise my voice. After all this I get a feeble apology that lacked sincerity.

Unfortunately, I had to have a D&C. Everyone at riverside outpatient center was so caring and genuinely concerned for my health. Not only my physical health but also mental. Multiple nurses/doctors held my hand while I cried and gave me incredible care. I tried to get every nurses name but after the medications my brain was a little fuzzy. Hopefully I never have to go back there again but if I had to have surgery in the future I would 100% go back there. Wonderful and compassionate care.

Had a breast aug last week with Dr.Vasko I had a great experience all together ! Bill was very pleasant to work with, Julia was very informative and sweet ! Everyone there was super nice and made me feel comfortable. Anesthesiologist got me nice and comfortable, wasn’t nervous at all! Waking up was super easy they had ice water waiting for me. Got me moving and out in a timely manner. 100% would recommend any of my family members here. Good job team 👏

I had breast implants here recently, and am generally pretty satisfied with my experience. My pre-op nurse Michele was so sweet and calming, and the anesthesiologist/OR nurses did a great job! However, my post-op nurse, Deanna, was extremely sarcastic and irritable, and implied that I was lying about my pain when she pulled me out of the bed. I would not feel comfortable having her as part of my care team, or for any of my loved ones.
