Jayme Hill was extremely patient and took the time to really listen and understand the soreness in my thumbs. She explained everything in simple, non-medical terms so I could clearly understand what was causing the pain and what I could do to help relieve it. When she gave me the injections, there was little to no pain during the shots. I did have a little soreness once the numbing wore off, but the next day it honestly felt like I had NEW hands! Thank you so much, Jayme — I truly appreciate your care and I will always recommend you!
My experience with Jayme Hill and her team was extremely disappointing. From the very first visit, I was met with rude behavior, a lack of empathy, and dismissive attitudes. I was told my injury was arthritis-related and tied to a previous condition, but this turned out to be inaccurate—it was a new injury that was misdiagnosed from the start. I was given a treatment plan that included injections but no hand therapy, which felt inadequate and impersonal. It became clear that my health and recovery were not the priority. The approach felt profit-driven, not patient-centered. I also discovered discrepancies in my test results that raise serious concerns about accuracy and transparency. The overall experience reflected a troubling lack of care and respect. Patients deserve competent, compassionate treatment and the right to advocate for themselves without being mistreated or marginalized.
I had never needed surgery before, but unfortunately, during a work-related trip, I broke my finger and had to seek urgent care. I ended up at Dr. Charan Gowda’s office at the Hand Center, and I honestly couldn’t have made a better choice. From the very first visit, I felt completely confident and reassured; the level of care, attention, and ownership they took in helping me heal was outstanding. Dr. Gowda and his team were extremely thorough. I was in the room as he and his assistants carefully examined my injury and openly discussed the best and safest path forward. They explained everything in both medical and easy-to-understand terms, so I fully grasped the extent of my injury and what to expect. Surgery was scheduled shortly after my initial visit, and it went smoothly. The staff, nurses, and doctors were incredible, skilled, compassionate, and professional throughout the entire process. Now, nearly six weeks post-surgery, had to do the follow up care in Provo UT, and even the doctors here commented on how clean and well-done the procedure was. They’re confident I’ll regain full motion and function once the pins are removed and my nail grows back. I’ve already regained regular use of my hand — I can type, grab objects, and even exercise again. While I still experience some discomfort and limited motion due to the pins, I’m well on my way to full recovery. I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Gowda and the entire team at the Hand Center. I wish I could thank them in person, but I had to return home. Still, I wanted to leave this review as a sincere thank you for the outstanding care I received. Highly recommended.
Took them 2 months to get me into surgery to repair nerve damage. The delay caused a neuroma to developed, so the surgery wasn’t successful. This caused me to get a 2nd surgery 10 days later. Over 8 weeks of rehab 2x a week, did very little in gaining any worthwhile use of my hand. Each doctor visit the story was 6 months to get feeling Bach, the up to a year to get feeling back. Well it’s been a year and I’ve spent thousands of dollars with still no feeling. Get a second opinion. You’ve been warned.
I will start by giving stars to the people that work here. They're really nice, very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. (-) stars for the everything is set up, you have to basically take up to 4 visits for them to complete what you came here for. The first visit was to see the doctor, 10mins tops to tell you what is it that you are trying to get check. Then you have to come back for an MRI, then another consultation to go with your result, before they can really tell you if you can get your issue removed or not. They're not as efficient, I already paid for my first visit. I feel like they just want more $$$, I don't understand why the doctor can't read the MRI result and tell me if I can get the surgery or not.
