I had surgery here with Dr Backes on 9/19/25. Every aspect of my care was performed with exceptional kindness and professionalism. Special shout out to my nurses Jenna and Brittany as well as the Anesthesiologist who performed my preoperative nerve block. These folks are the best, and my 38 years practicing medicine in a surgical subspecialty should give me a little insight.

The support team is amazing. My anesthesiologist took the time to discuss what I wanted and delivered. My surgery was today. Dr. Politi did a great job but the support team is who really get you through the surgery. WELL done team. Thank you!

Their billing practices are terrible. They demand that you pay the entire amount up front. I did that, and then I got another bill that had no date of service, no explanation of what it was for... NOTHING! I called the surgery center, and the lady said that it was only an estimate. What? Why can't you even tell me the correct charge? She told me that had I asked "What is the minimum amount I can pay?" then (and only then) would she tell me. Absolutely horrible.
