I had eye surgery here on 1/9. Everyone here was welcoming and made me feel safe. All of my nurses were really sweet, and I even spoke to the anesthesiologist and surgeon beforehand and answered any questions I had. If I ever need anymore procedures this is where I will be heading.

I didn’t have too long of a wait before being called back for prep. All the nurses that I came in contact with before, during and after surgery were very attentive. Was comfortable … made more so with Dr. Winkles “ relaxing” juice. And pleasantly surprised with a Speedy Recovery card signed by everyone. Nice Touch

It was a wonderful experience, although I was scared, everyone did their best to put me at ease. Every person I came in contact with, were extremely comforting, and explained things exactly as it would happen wonderful staff!! Dr. Nabai was a wonderful doctor, even calling me at home x 2 an overall great experience!! All stars

I had a 10:45am appoimtment, here it is 1:40pm and I still have not been called back. Zero stars for this. Dr Pappa, Dr Winkle, and the nursing staff took great care of me during my procedure. My eyesight is great! Five stars for them.

I’m here to provide transportation for my grandpa post-op and there was no indication that there would be such an egregious wait. We arrived for a 2:00pm appointment at 1:35, proceeded to wait until 2:38pm until he went back (which my understanding is a short wait time; the couple next to us waited two hours), and he didn’t enter the OR until about 4:15pm. It sounds like the physicians are experienced and knowledgeable, and of course we appreciate that, but the bedside manner has been poor and the practice of double booking appointments is gross.
