Office administrator very nice and very knowledgeable Nurses Technicians and other staff. Very knowledgeable very efficient. Explain step by step have the procedure. Because of a Medical efficiency I have.I was very nervous.The nurses reassure me things will be fine. And Dr.Tasos Manokas. Came in greeted me, and. He explain the procedure. And then I was done, and ready to go home. It was like going through a door. I was well pleased with today's visit. Working in similar settings in the hospital. I apologize for being so nervous. The only reason I'm giving them a 2 is because of my experience with the unprofessional receptionist they have working there the rest of the staff is fine. I had a scheduled procedure and me and my friend entered and wasn't explained anything was just told to sit down. It was close to my appointment time and I had not been called up or told anything, so it was close to my appointment time so I went up. I asked her about what was going on. Without even lifting her head or making eye contact she state rudly" mam I will call you up in a minute I'm doing something ". I was tooken a back because her body language and demeanor was as if I was bothering her. So I let her know no need to be like that I was just asking a question because you didn't explain a thing. She responds and says I'm not being smart" and I told her I know not with this one. So I started talking to my friend who came with me. She flys off the handle saying I threatened her. Lied and told the staff and she tried to get my appointment canceled. So go upstairs to my Dr office and tell the. Come to find out she has multiple complaints. I remember her from back when my mom and grandmother would go there. I refuse to spend my benefits with a establishment that allows their staff to be rude and disrespectful. If she doesn't like her job she needs to get another one. I will not be returning there to experience that ever again. For one she's rude and nasty and unprofessional. Second ahe LIED on me and tried to defame my character which I could sue her. If she felt was threatening her why not call the police? She thought she could get my appointment canceled joke was on her.She should watch how ahe treats people if there is no us the customer then ahea not needed. I wl take my buisness elsewhere. Me and my mother. She's too old for that blue hair does not look professional.
