This was my first colonoscopy/endoscopy procedure. I was anxious to say the least. Oh and HUNGRY. The staff was very warm and welcoming, putting me at ease. The nurse explained what I could expect, answered all my questions. The Nurse Anesthetist was surprised when I asked him to hold my hand as I was going under, but gladly obliged. It was over in a blink of an eye, woke up in recovery, Dr. explained his findings, I was good to go for 7 more years. I highly recommend this practice. Put me so at ease. Excellent care given.

I was greeted with positive energy at the front desk. And she answered many questions that I had. Throughout the prep before, I met 5 people who excel at patient connections. Thorough and knowledgeable , patient and kind. I met the Dr. the assistant and the anesthesiologist…. All making everything more comfortable and easy. My mind felt calm and encouraged. Recovery just as positive experience as all others. I have never felt so comfortable. Almost sad that I am cleared for 10 years!!

I am so happy with this Endoscopy Center. Heather, Shannin, Mary and Dr. Myer. I’m sorry, there was another young lady assisting in the surgery, I do not know her name. They were all excellent. They made me feel very important. The care and communication was outstanding. Parking was easy. Check in was quick.

It was my first time they were gentle with me. Any questions or concerns I had before hand were addressed and answered leading right up to my procedure. The staff at the clinic were very nice and understanding of any situation as I imagine they've seen it all. I definitely recommend them and will obviously use them in the future.

What a great experience at the UEC in Montgomery! The staff was fantastic / Mary was amazing as my nurse getting me ready, and the anesthesia and GI team doing my procedure were quick, friendly and professional. I left with complete understanding of what I had done and future plans! Could not ask for a better colonoscopy experience!
