Day before my procedure and I've waited 2 hours for a callback. Just needed to have a simple question answered about prep.

I never felt so scared, shamed, & uncomfortable in all my life. There is a way to follow health protocols without losing compassion, understanding, & making a patient feel badly for their health issues.

Place is a joke. I received terrible care. I was allergic to the medication I was prescribed, called the office twice with no call back. Also my primary doctor called them as well and told them I was allergic and still not a person called me to change the medication. So they basically have just left me suffer ! But funny I was supposed to have a different procedure and they have called me 15 times! Do not recommend. Very uncaring staff. Really 0 stars.

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy at 9:15. I showed up at 8:30. I and 20 other people were not checked in on average for a total of 2.5 hours. I was not checked in until 11:40 and then brought back 5 minutes later. I then, was not brought back for my procedure until around 12:45. If I, as the patient, shows up late to an appointment, I am charged a late fee and told to reschedule. For all of these patients that had to do a colon prep.....who wants to show up again and do that all over again. The doctor isn't charged a late fee.....the doctor isn't told to come back another day. They charge their fees and are done with it. I asked about why there was such a delay once I got back and the nurse told me that she has no idea and the people back prepping patients have no control over what goes on out front. If I had to make an appointment....what was the point of it if my appointment was that delayed? What should have been said is show up around this time and maybe we will check you in. This looks really bad on Dr. Fahmy and Dr Xiao. If you can not handle this many colonoscopies and endoscopies in a day, please consider your patient's time and practice better time management. If shoe were on the other foot, you would expect the same of us as the patient.

Listen, in case you all didn't know Heather is really great. Her smile, her kindness is exactly what the front desk needs. Once in the back, the people were nice as well. Thank you all for being patient, personable and professional.
