Very professional and informative. I had DSLT performed Its is a newer, non-invasive laser treatment for open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It’s a technological evolution of SLT (Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty), which has been in use for years. The laser selectively targets pigmented cells in the trabecular meshwork, triggering a biological response that enhances fluid outflow and reduces IOP. It sounds scarier than what it was. The procedure involves the nurse numbing the eye with eye drops which takes longer than the procedure. You stand in front of the laser and get more eye drops, than you stand in front of the laser with your head on the lasers head support and in approximately 3 seconds your finished with the procedure. What I personally felt and saw in the procedure was something like from the the beginning of the Twilight Zone. Where everything is spinning then it surprises you and comes right into your eye. No pain just a surprise. You might have a little blurry vision on that eye for a while but it cleared up in a couple of hours. It was the simplest and fastest procedure that I’ve experienced. The staff helps prepare you for the process, explains the procedures and answers any questions.

Putting a 1 star because I’ve been trying to get a hold of their billing center for a week now and they aren’t responding to me. They sent me a bill in the mail for the amount that I owed for my surgery even though I paid it through Alphoeon. It’s annoying and I have no clarification if I owe them money or why when I log in, it’s showing a balance on my end.

Staff was great. Arrived at 6am, first of the day. Had some good laughs prior to going in for strabismus surgery on both eyes. Got some smiles from the nurses as I anxiously awaited anastesia team. They were quick and woke up right where i started. Mild pain but managed with tylenol and motrin. All in all, it way better than expected and glad I was in their care with Dr Pierre.

My experience is great. From the moment you walk in they make you feel welcome and the nurses are so sweet and friendly. I felt comfortable because they were definitely knowledgeable of what they were doing. Thank you for making me feel like comfortable and that I didn't have to be nervous. Keep up the good work.
