I think they all did an excellent job and I would recommend them to everyone that I know that would need this kind of surgery done. The staff and all were helpful

Not a single person had a welcoming attitude or a smile on their face when greeted. The secretary had a "I'm better than you" demeanor about himself, and rolled his eyes when someone tried to explain anything to him when he didn't ask the question. The nurses also had a smugness about them as they would walk patients in and out of the the building. They got the job done for my father but did not appreciate anything else.
