I can’t say enough about how great the staff here is. Everyone that I interacted with today was a pleasure to deal with. They were genuinely kind, compassionate and extremely helpful. I’ve had a procedure done here in the past and that was great too. Today was different and we had some complications following the procedure(not mine) but they handled the situation exceptionally. Even though I wasn’t the patient today they made sure that I was also ok afterwards. I am truly grateful for everyone there today. Thank you.

From opening the door to a friendly greeting to final release all the people there were the utmost professional. That is to be expected. What i didnt expect was the sincere kind treatment by all staff. Every single person seemed like the kind of people you want to surround yourself with. I have had several procedures performed at this facility since it has opened and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants a good quality surgical experience. All the staff are very kind and courteous, they are always friendly, very knowledgeable, understanding, and caring. This is a small facility with big heart! If you are looking for a place where you are not just a dollar sign and where you will receive exemplary care then this is the place for you! Once you get back to your “room” you are given a nurse who stays with you throughout your stay which I love it makes you feel special and I feel that you receive much better care when this way unlike the hospital here in Parkersburg. Dr. Herriott is the best ortho doctor in this area, he is kind, respectful, very knowledgeable, always takes time to answer all my questions, and has an absolutely wonderful bedside manner! You can’t go wrong with the Ohio Valley Ambulatory and Surgery Center!!

They were great from the front office to the surgery team. They worked with me to set up payments so my surgery cost wouldn’t be a burden on me. The surgery experience was great. I had nothing but great staff and a well taken care of experience. I would go there and recommend them again and again. Thanks for making my stomach pain go away.

Have had my husband there 3 times, and am thankful for the staff there. The nurses are great with varied background of medical experience, which makes the best kind of health professionals. We were treated very well, and my husband was well taken care of. Many thanks for all of you who work hard every day to give the best care!! And for those of us who have worked in healthcare, it is not only rewarding, but very difficult and challenging, Grateful we have healthcare at all in this day and age!!
