Went in for appointment updates some how took me and my social worker 30 mins waiting on phone for some one we instead went in to talk to some one to find out she didnt know shat she was doing and had to ask other desk workers for help multiple times and after 55mins of waiting for her to find pointment and print off dates not to soubd rude but she didnt say sorry for wait and was very mean looking/rude :( hope this gets looked into will rate better when see improvements :)

My daughter went in for stitches today. The care was absolutely amazing from Penny at the front desk who helped get us an emergency appointment, to Berdine the nurse who helped ease all the tension, to Dr. Wasemiller! He was so compassionate and attentive, he explained everything and reassured my little three year old. So so impressed with the amazing care today! Helps with a mom’s peace of mind knowing our babies are taken care of. Thank you so much, essentia! You have some amazing and absolutely crucial staff members!

Not recommended! Every time I go in for my child or myself, I am there a minimum of 2 hours, even for the most minor of things. It’s so frustrating! And I strongly question the knowledge of the staff as I’ve seen both doctors and nurses use Wikipedia during our visits to try to treat us. I could have stayed home & done that myself.

We brought our child in to be seen for an issue they were having. Even though our child was scared and constantly crying, our nurse Lisa was very friendly and even got our child some stickers and animal crackers. She is a top rate Nurse! I would give 5 stars but when the doctor came in, She was good but got very annoyed with our child crying. (Our child is scared of doctor visits) The doctor we saw seemed to loose patience quite quickly which I can understand but her personality and advice was decent. She did help us temporarily solve the problem so I am thankful overall and would give the doctor a 3 of 5 stars. So the the overall experience I would give is 4 out of 5. Their receptionists were nice and the place was clean.

When we first started going here, almost four years ago, I gave this place a good review. Now, years later, I have been misdiagnosed, ( on serious matters ), a total of three times, and am no longer so happy with it. *There are only two clinics that service these two growing towns, and both of them are always absolutely swamped! The doctors always seem tired and overwhelmed, and very often burnt-out. I do feel sorry for the staff, but screw-ups, and misdiagnosis are common here. BEWARE - just saying.
