My husband had back stimulator surgery this morning. The entire Staff was wonderful... They even brought me a warm blanket and I wasn't the patient. They offered it to me. Very thorough discharge instructions , Dr. Kapural was his surgeon and super nice, great bedside manner.

Thank you to Dr. Howe and staff at the Kimel Park surgery. Dr. Howe is an amazing surgeon. He has a gift and a very special calling on his life to help people and transform their lives through the surgeries he performs. Sabrina in preop was so friendly and helpful. She put my husband at ease with her kindness. She explained everything to us she went above and beyond was very compassionate. She is such a blessing. Dr. Gibbons the anesthesiologist was very nice. She explained and went over everything on what she was going to administer to him in the operating room. Thank you for your compassion and being very careful. Ruben and Carla, who worked with Dr. Gibbons were very friendly, helpful and kind. Christie, the OR nurse she was very nice and helpful. Thank you. Molly OT what a sweetheart helped my husband get up and motivated. She was very patient and kind with him and very compassionate. Jess T registered nurse Very sweet, helpful kind she answered all of our questions. Very compassionate. We highly recommend Dr. Howe and staff for their compassion, kindness, helpfulness, and knowledge such an excellent surgeon We thank each and every person that helped my husband and God bless

Had surgery at the this place almost 3 years ago. Whole time was in pain. Was so broken and frustrated and left. I'm still in pain daily lower lumber laminectomy. I have terrible right sided sciatica and almost intolerable pain In my upper thoracic and or lower cervical areas. I have no idea what to do. I'm sick of being in pain. This not meant to discourage anyone from using this facility. Just my opinion hope this helps some people.

One star because their billing department seriously needs an audit. We paid $1,000 upfront for an MRI, but according to the EOB, our actual responsibility was only $65. We eventually got a refund, but only after complaining. Then for surgery, we paid $2,000 upfront—and later received an additional bill for $1,500! I contacted our insurance company, and they confirmed our total responsibility was just $1,500. Now I have to waste another day trying to sort this out. No complaints about the surgeon or medical staff—they were excellent. But the billing process is a mess and puts an unnecessary burden on patients.

Absolutely excellent experience and would be a five star review with absolutely no complaints if we weren’t charged an exorbitant amount of money because “this is the amount of money you must pay before your surgery as it is deemed above and beyond what insurance will pay “. Eight months later And I received a refund check pushing $1000! Absolutely ridiculous that they held my money for eight months.
