Excellent facility with a very clean and comfortable lobby to wait in. The restrooms outside the lobby are also spotless—which is especially important if you’re there for a colonoscopy. The staff truly stands out. Everyone was prompt, courteous, and professional—from the reception desk to the nurse who checked me in and clearly explained the procedure, to the person who placed the IV, the team inside the procedure room, and both the anesthesiologist and GI doctor. Every interaction felt calm, respectful, and well-organized. The only reason I’m taking off one star is the wait time—I had to wait over an hour before being called in. Aside from that delay, this is a great center and I would definitely recommend it.

It was an extremely pleasant experience considering the reason I was there (colonoscopy). From the very nice lady at the front desk, to Brittney who checked me in, to the lovely anesthesiologist whose name I don't remember (sorry) but she was funny and put at ease, to everyone else in the room who attended to me and last but not least, Dr. Kohagen who has one of the best bedside manners I've seen in awhile. They take very good care of you post-procedure and make sure you're stable enough to go home. If you have to have this not so pleasant procedure done, I can't think of a nicer place to go.
