My mother had a colonoscopy scheduled at this facility at 9:00 a.m. I’m sure she was feeling some dread and anxiety as was my dad, who sat in the waiting area without an update for nearly 2 hours!! I finally contacted the facility to check to see if mom was in recovery. To my absolute disbelief, she hadn’t even started the procedure. I certainly understand that things happen beyond our control that can cause delays. Failure to communicate, on the other hand, is incomprehensible. No one from the facility had the professionalism or courtesy to step out to give my dad an update on her status. I hope and pray that this is not common practice, that this is just a fluke! Do better for all of your patients! Kerisa Coleman

Overall experience was excellent. The instructions prior to the procedure were clear and easy to follow. The admin front desk staff was courteous and efficient. The clinical assistants & nursing staff were kind, patient, professional, & thorough. Dr Joe Healy is an excellent physician. He is a provider with a rare combination of fantastic bedside manner, incredible depth of medical knowledge & meticulous technical skill. He’s also just a nice person. I highly recommend this group of professionals.

This was my first time ever going under and I was so nervous and do suffer from anxiety. I want to start with it was such a positive environment to be in! The nurses and my doctor made me feel so comfortable and put my mind to ease before even starting my procedure. This is such a great office with nurses and doctors that care about your well being and health! I would recommend anyone to go here for your procedures! If I could give this office more stars I would! Thank you so much CCHC Endoscopy center for making a not so comfortable procedure into great one! 💖
