Everyone was wonderful from those that called for questions and to go over things, to the sweet lady at the front desk, to all the nurses(especially Elisa), the anesthesia team, and my doctor. This was a great experience! Much better than my experience in Charlotte years ago. I felt safe and cared for! It was also nice to be able to do this outside the hospital.

Incredible experience, twice - two separate procedures. The professionalism, level of care, technical expertise, and compassion were incredible, both times - literally state-of-the-art. If you need care, and your needs are in their field, you will be fortunate to have them care for you. The entire staff, from G-L-O-R-I-A at the check-in desk, to the after-care team, should all be immensely proud to be part of this facility. My only complaint was that I asked for a to-go cup with that awesome sedation they used and they wouldn't give me one! (That is a joke, BTW. In fact I had no complaints at all.)

Shout out to Terri at the 5th floor registration desk. I have accompanied many patients here from 5:30 am and all through the day. Terri shows care for each patient individually, respects privacy, listens attentively and does her best to provide a positive experience.
