I had an appointment first thing in the am with Dr. jimon. They are very disrespectful and inconsiderate of your time. The have both you and a driver show up over 55 min early and make you both sit in the lobby and wait.

I had the best experience at Carolina Endoscopy Center. It was my first time having a procedure of this sort, and I was treated with such kindness. Every staff member went above and beyond. I really appreciate everything that was done for me to make me feel more comfortable. I highly recommend this surgery center!

Awesome Experience! Front desk people could be a little more welcoming as you are going there for a procedure in which you have to be sedated; of course there is some extreme anxiety. Once you get back, the nursing staff is phenomenal! I have to give a shout out to Ann and Mike! I have very small floating veins. When you have been fasting and prepping for a colonoscopy (dehydration sucks), you can imagine my veins were a nightmare for the staff. The original nurse (sorry forgot your name) she tried to IV me, however she could not get my veins to cooperate. She called on Ann, who was focused and sweet, when she could not do it, Mike came in (anesthesia man) he tapped my hand twice, and got me with one stick, maybe two. He was AWESOME. He also had great bedside manner. In fact EVERYONE did! Hats off to Huntersville Endoscopy Center...will definitely travel the distance (coming from Matthews) for this center. You could see they cared and wanted to make the process as painless and quick as possible!

Was treated very friendly and professionally by Dr. Seminara and her entire staff (Andi, Angela, Terri)! She took time to answer all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her practice!

I paid the bill on right on time, and for months afterwards, I kept getting notices that I hadn't paid. I called them and spoke with them, and they agreed, yet I continued to get notices. They are saying I am delinquent and etc... so not a good situation. I went back to my credit card statements and proved to them that I had paid, and there records agreed, they just never cared enough to correct this. I am waiting for the bill collector now to come after me. I won't be going using them again.
