I had a parotidectomy yesterday on 10-10-24 and the one thing I will take away from this surgery is my Nurse Judy was an absolute Angel. I have never felt so safe and cared for. She made sure my husband was ok while I was in surgery and prayed over us. I absolutely love her and will always cherish how she took care of us. My ENT Dr. Reiber did a fantastic job and I have had very little pain.

My wife had Carpal tunnel surgery today. We arrived at the facility at 6:30 am... cheerfully greeted and quickly processed. We were in her room by 6:50 AM and Were blessed to to have an RV named Heather to prep her for surgery. Heather was extremely pleasant, personable, gentle and professional. Surgery was scheduled for 7:45 am... Anesthesiologist was on time courteous thorough and very pleasant. My wife was taken to Surgery at 7:40 am and my wife was back in her room at 8:11 a.m.!!! Post-op processing was done by Wendy who was very cheerful explained the post-op process clearly and professionally we are in the car on the way home by 8:30 a.m.. it was by far the best hospital experience we have ever had bar none!! Kudos and jobs well done by the entire Staff!! THANK YOU!!!!
