Well, where do I start, from the moment I walked into the center to the escort to my car,I was treated with exceptional care, kindness and professionalism. Every single person I was in contact with was so friendly and caring. They answered all my questions, reassured me I was going to be fine, and explained the procedures. My hand was held by the Anesthesiologist before putting me to sleep and that was a comfort to me. I want to Thank all of you, you all deserve 5 stars and more. I would recommend them again and again. The front desk needs extra customer service training. Tracy at the front desk was rude and tone of voice was uncalled for. Please retrain your fron desk because they are the patients first impression. The recover area was very helpful and nice
