Demand payment before the procedure. No where in the “estimate” letter do they say FULL PAYMENT is due BEFORE surgery. As someone who has had several, I have NEVER!!!

No one helps you. They don’t prepare you for the recovery of the surgery. They tell you it will be a quick recovery that you can go home the same day. I am in so much pain multiple days later and I keep getting told that it’s normal. Staff is no help. They only want the money from you. They don’t care about how you feel after.

no price transparency, they will not tell me or UHC the charge rate for tonsillectomy for my 3 year old daughter. will only give price after we are scheduled. garbage policy that should be illegal. 0 stars

The surgical center has about 30 doctors and 6 operating rooms. Our doctor was great however, didn't care very much for the staff. The staff tried to move us out 45 minutes after sergery. Our welcome package arrived 10 days after the surgery.
