This was my first surgery at this location. I was very impressed with everyone that I came in contact with. They were professional and at the same time very caring about my comfort. That is hard to find these days! I would definitely go back if I needed further surgery.

I would leave a negative review for the staff here; for Jill to be exact. My husband was scheduled for surgery at 10:45 this morning. Upon checking in the receptionist, Jill was very rude and horrible. An utter and completely nasty word that can’t be said online. She informed us that she needed a $500 deposit before she’d check my husband in, EVEN THOUGH WORKMANS COMP IS COVERING THE ENTIRE MEDICAL BILL. She would not allow us to explain this to her without getting angry and acting like we were lying. We have the claim numbers and everything authorized from his job saying they were to bill them and that still wasn’t good enough for her. Jill became irate and came outside to the parking lot asking if we were going to pay her to begin check in. Jill proceeded to throw her hands in our faces almost hitting me and yelled “she was done with this situation.” I told her we had already spoken with Lacy(she handles workers comp at the clinic) and she said everything was handled, the receptionist stormed off back inside the building. After finally being checked in I had to sit and wait in the lobby while having to hear the same receptionist call multiple patients, having an attitude with them. Clearly talking over them and getting loud, then proceeds to get off the phone and talk negatively about them “not having their lives together and they couldn’t do a simple thing like give the correct insurance.” I can say the rest of the staff was very kind, with the exception of Jill.

I've never encountered such amazing, kind, respectful and caring nurses as I did here. Alison, my pre-op nurse was the sweetest! She took her time explaining every detail of what I could expect during my visit and answered all my questions. She made sure I was relaxed and comfortable while waiting for OR to come get me. My post-op nurse Tracey, was just as kind and caring as Alison. She explained my post-op meds and instructions to me and my family that was with me. She made sure we all understood what to expect, what to do and not do. My nurses were professional but also made me laugh and relax before and after. Dr. Albright has been wonderful in diagnosing my injury, home care and surgery. So thankful for him! From the nurses, the anesthesiologist, OR nurses and Dr. Albright...this place was amazing! I'd choose it again if needed!!

The Raleigh Orthopedic Surgery Center Staff is great! Check-in was a quick process with Kait when I arrived. I sat in the waiting room less than 5 minutes before Judy my Pre-Op nurse came and got me. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Amanda my OR nurse and Kelly the CRNA took very good care of me in the OR. Kim and Sheila my recovery nurses watched over me closely and made sure my pain was kept to a minimum. I highly recommend the Raleigh Orthopedic Surgery Center at Panther Creek. Everyone took great care of me and I appreciate it!
