Never answer the phone, swear they check voice mail every 2 hours, can't tell because they don't call back :( But leave you a message requesting you call them. Today I been calling since 1:30 PM, left a voicemail, multiple attempted calls as well until close. 8 to be exact. No Answer on any.

My wife and I have been seeing Amanda Shirley at this office for three years now. She’s awesome! The front desk associates are always so kind- and the nurses are great about getting back to messages most of the time. We have always felt 100% comfortable here. The whole office might be a little understaffed and over worked which is what I have noticed but it doesn’t negate that they are really caring and they listen to their patients.

The girl at the front desk is horrible,condescending and should not be dealing with the public. The nurse, Rebecca mirrors this front desk person. When I questioned their attitudes towards patience, they cut my medical care off without referring me to another medical provider. I have filed 2 complaints with Medicaid and am currently interviewing attorneys. No patient should have to face cruelty when visiting their doctor, or in this case PA. The last straw was when I went to my scheduled appointment and I didn't have the copay. I was ridiculed and embarrassed by the front desk person. Then she called the practice manager downstairs to see if they could see me because I didn't have the $4.00 for the copay and her response was you can come back when you have the 4.00. I'm a medicaid recipient who has been out of work for a long time and I have a child to take care of fulltime. It gets really hard at times. When I called medicaid ombudsman he said that what they did was not right and not allowed. Cone health is a medical scourge in NC. Find anyone else anyone , and you will be better off. God bless.

I've been here now 3 times and each time the entire staff have been professional and always on time. Today specifically I had to tote my 2 toddlers with me and everyone were extremely patient with us and welcoming. I've enjoyed getting to know Amanda as my new primary physician. Would recommend!

If I could give a negative star I would. I have been a patient here for over 2 years. I have had nothing but bad experiences every time. I know that time is important to everyone but apparently here the patient's time means nothing. Every appointment I have ever made has been changed or cancelled. My medications are on auto refill and when they get close to running out I would get multiple calls from the nurses station. These calls continue even after making an appointment. And while I realize they are following protocol to contact the patient apparently looking at the notes and seeing that I have spoken to someone on more than one occasion and then have an appointment scheduled makes it my fault I am wasting their time. I don't feel like I mattered to them at all. I hope that they treat other patients better than they treated me.
