I personally wasn’t having a procedure. I was the driver for my wife. But while waiting in line to get checked in, I noticed a woman named Jordan who was checking in the people in front of us and had already commented to my wife how kind and great she was at her job. If you’ve never worked in a customer service position, I’ll be the first to tell you it requires a thick skin. Real thick. And I just wanted to commend her publicly at how well she treated everyone. I believe you can’t teach someone how to have a good work ethic, just the same you can’t really teach someone how to be genuinely kind. It’s either in you or it’s not. - thank you for being kind and having such a good work ethic, Jordan. It eased my mind as a husband who loves his wife that’s typing this while sitting in the waiting room.
I’m a bit of a colonoscopy connoisseur at this point, and I have to say, Digestive Health Partners nailed it. The place is run like a well oiled machine. Check in was smooth, and the nurses were outstanding, kind, reassuring, and incredibly attentive. They made an awkward day feel easy. My only note, the bathroom toilet paper is aggressively cheap. After that prep, my butt had earned the deluxe package. Would absolutely recommend, just maybe bring your own Charmin.
Mikayla, working on the procedure side asked us to move to the procedure side from the clinical side and she would check us in. After Mikayla checked us in she took us back to the exam room. Then when we were waiting to checkout the line was backed up and Mikayla again led us to her desk and finished our visit. She seems to be Miss efficient. A courteous and resourceful employee that deserves praise for her professionalism. Great experience!
I’ve visited DHP several times this year and every time, Tianna checks me in. She is always so nice and helpful and fun to talk to. All of the nurses and doctors I’ve worked with have been wonderful. They take the time to explain the procedure and answer all of my questions. I always feel very taken care of at DHP. I think I could almost say that I look forward to all of my appointments even though the prep isn’t my favorite part! 😜
My doctor was extremely informative and didn't rush me at all. He is the first doctor where I actually stood up first to leave. He also provided great knowledge compared to my previous gastro doc from Texas. Very patient and communicative. Also the facilities were very streamlined, efficient, comfortable, and clean.
