I just had a procedure here and the staff was so kind and caring. They are now part of MVHS and have a new computer system. It is a challenge for the staff to learn the new program but they were so patient, they worked as a team, and they constantly apologized even though I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. I was very nervous going into the procedure but they were so calm and competent that it completely put me at ease. Thank you all for making it such an easy process. I wish I had gotten everyone’s name but I remember Sue and Kim. My pre-op nurse was so funny and I liked joking with her about wearing pants. I wish I could remember her name. The world needs more people like you all.

Excellent care received from all the staff from start to finish.I would definitely recommend Dr Natalie Pavelock and the Mohawk Valley Endoscopy Center for your endoscopy needs. I was pleased with the entire experience.

I would highly recommend Dr. Natalie Pavelock. I had a gastoscopy procedure and she was wonderful. Her team is so professional and personable. I was very happy with how well the procedure went. Dr. Natalie Pavelock is amazing!

** This rating and review (below) is actually about the Digestive Disease Medicine that is affiliated with MVEC They are the ones I had to get information from after my procedure. The people at the MVEC were mostly excellent to deal with and caring. I received a satisfactory response to this review and my questions answered, unfortunately it took a poor review to get attention I'm giving them another star but only one as the experience was what it was, that can't be changed even with apologies. *** If you want to be treated like a number and NOT have your questions and concerns addressed AFTER your procedure, including experiencing PAIN, this is your place. If I could post a no star I would have. They need to increase staff, decrease patients AND get someone in to help with patient care because now, it's more like 'patient couldn't care less'.
