Incompetent across the board from staff to Provider. Two months after initial visit and nothing accomplished. When seeking care for pain it's usually not an issue that can not be given the "run-around" for two months. I would not recommend this Provider to family or friends.

I wish I could rate this place over five stars. Dr. Haider is the best. I won’t go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and the place is spotless.

This review goes beyond 5 stars! I can’t speak highly enough of the OMNI Surgery Center 498 French Rd, Utica. The entire experience from the moment I walked in was fantastic. The first thing that I noticed was that the facility is beautiful, modern and clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. I always see Dr Haider for every visit. I am confident and trust in the care that I have received. If you’re looking for a reputable facility with a compassionate and competent doctor, look no further than OMNI Surgery Center. I may have upcoming back surgery in the future and it will take place at the OMNI Surgery Center. In stark contrast to this review i have to write a few words about my experience with another local facility that I have visited half a dozen times. I have never had the experience of meeting with my doctor even on the day that I received a shot. In fact I have seen a different provider at each visit and most visits have been a disappointing experience. The individuals that I see there have been somewhat argumentative and lack an understanding of my records. I have found it necessary to see an administrative person to correct the providers on several occasions. I feel more like a number and I don’t feel like anyone takes an interest in my care. I may not continue to be a patient at this other facility much longer.

I have been here several times for my back. Super friendly staff. They are fast. I have not spent more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Then maybe 20 minutes in the pre op after my shots I am out as fast as I can get dressed. Gave them 4 stars because no one enjoys getting shots but I am very thankful to them for helping to keep my pain under control
