All staff (reception, CMAs, RNs) were attentive, communicative, seemed to know what they were doing and caring. Thorough pre-op, easy post-op. Clean. Dr. Lee was great. Anesthesia team was fine.
Such a nice staff. When mix up with time staff was so apologetic and made everything right. Procedure was amazing for a first timer. Definitely recommend!
Horrible experience from beginning to end. Receptionist shouts all of your personal information into the waiting room, including the procedure you're there for. Pre op area has zero privacy and I was made to fully undress with nothing but a curtain separating me from the entire room, with an adult man getting fully undressed on the other side of the curtain ( I'm a young woman). Every single nurse was impatient, gruff, and unpleasant, even after I told them I had PTSD and extreme anxiety in medical situations. Even the anesthesiologist was curt and snarky. It got so bad I had to demand my husband, and they were going to just sedate me to shut me up. They told my husband, in front of everyone in the waiting room, that I was being "difficult". When we called multiple times to make a complaint about my experience, we were told the office and nurse managers were not there and none of our messages were ever returned. They are only concerned with getting your money up front, moving as many patients as they can through their faculty as fast as they can with zero bedside manner and zero interest in treating people with dignity. Horrifying experience, would never ever recommend to even my worst enemy.
This is a company that truly values your money over your health. They will send your debt to a collection agency without ever attempting to contact you over the phone. If you value your health and have any self respect, I recommend finding a different practice to go with. They also have rescheduled needed appointments 1-2 months out because of their own scheduling oversights.
Incredible experience for what had to happen. From the start I guided and treated with care. Each staff member played their part like perfectly choreographed play. Even gave me recommendations on where to eat after: Nesticos Too. Facility were clean, private, and up to date. I would recommend anyone go here. I had Dr granato. She is the best.
