Bitter sweet kind of review. I’ve been a kind of “frequent flyer” at this facility for just about this whole year. I absolutely love this facility. From the front desk to pre-op to surgery to recovery. I’ve met some of the most amazing staff I’ve ever met in this type of setting. They give a “home” kind of feel. They speak to you like you’re human, not just another appt on their calendar. Pretty sure my visits here are done but if they’re not, I at least know I’ll be in good hands.

I had a back procedure done here on Monday, October 27. Everything was wonderful….my doctor (Dr. Sharma), the pre-op Nurse (Patricia) surgical staff and anesthesiologist (Dr. Narine) and the post-op staff (Alyssa, Mindy & Lisa). Was a much better experience than going to a hospital. They were all caring and explained everything every step of the way! Thanks to all of you for making a stressed out, anxiety ridden patient so calm and cared for. You’re the Best. 😊

No reflection on the care from the lovely nurses. My review is in regards to the billing issues. Demanded a $500.00 payment “my deductible “ yesterday almost 2 months later still have not submitted a bill to my health insurance. Subsequent bills will then be applied to my unmet deductible so I will have end up paying more that my deductible. I was assured the bill was submitted but it has not. Update, bill was electronically submitted on 7/14/25 and was rejected so had I not called again on 7/29/25 would nothing have been done. Considering a complaint to NYS DFS. Poorly done and will give this ASC a bad name.

I’m going to try to make this review short and sweet! I had a minor knee procedure by Dr. Mirza on May 28th. First and foremost the nursing staff that I had the pleasure of encountering that day was nothing but kind, professional and courteous. There was a little wait before the actual procedure but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to calm my nerves. But once the ball started rolling everything else went fast and smoothly. Dr. Mirza definitely helped take the edge off with his kindness and sense of humor. The experience was top notch. Can’t say a negative thing about it. Special shout out again to all the nurses that played a part in my care that day. it’s a shame I can’t remember their names!

I had to go here for a back procedure 5/14 and had a 8am check in. From the moment the three women at the front desk greeted me all the way through the check out it was nothing but polite, professional and caring people I had experienced. During the pre op check in their computers were down so all paper work was hand done, even with that taking longer and was probably a real stress on the staff everyone was still polite and pleasant. Having surgery is never a good thing but having it done here definitely helps. Thank you to all the staff, nurses and Dr's. PS, the people who leave such negative comments which I can't even understand most likely have problems anywhere they go. Take them complaints lightly like I did.
